The Advanced Lighting Model is the way lights interact with the second life enviroment, for example with our shiny latex designs.
Users usually have this mode activated and actually it works easily in most computers.
If you don't have activated this improvement, go to AVATAR (MENU) > PREFERENCES and activate ADVANCED LIGHTING MODEL.
In the pictures you can see the location of this improvement and the diference when is on or not.
